One Bedroom Deluxe/One Bedroom Super Deluxe The Deluxe is 36sqm (390sqft) while the Super Deluxe is 48sqm (518 sqft). The Deluxe can fit up to 2 people, while the Super Deluxe can fit up to 4 people (use of the double sofa bed) Two Bedroom Deluxe Very spacious apartment averaging 62 sqm (670 sqft). Apartment terms and conditions Booking procedure A valid credit card is required to confirm the apartment. 100% of apartment cost needs to be paid in advance of arrival. Security Deposit A credit card pre-authorisation of £250.00 will be required upon check-in as a security deposit. Payment policy In addition to the deposit, Fraser Place also request 100% of apartment cost to be paid in advance of arrival. For stays of 28 nights and over, the guest is required to pay in full at 4 weeks prior to arrival. Cancellation policy There will be no cancellation charges if a reservation is cancelled at least 48 hours prior to arrival date. If cancellation is within 48 hours, the following charges will apply:
Extension of stays / early departure Any extension of stay is subject to availability of the required apartment. An early departure must be given at least 48 hours notice to avoid an early cancellation charge.
