Apartment terms and conditions Booking process To confirm your booking, we will need a credit card to guarantee the apartment. Your card is only to be used to confirm the booking. For the apartments within the hotel you will pay for the accommodation upon arrival at the Hotel, but for the apartments external to the hotel payment needs to be prior to arrival. Payment A 50% deposit is required at time of booking confirmation with the full balance paid upon arrival. If paying on a credit card, please be aware that the apartment may add a small surcharge averaging 2-3%. Cancellation policy Cancellation is free if made at least 10 days prior to arrival date. Any cancellation made less than 10 days will not be refunded the 50% deposit. Long term bookings may have different cancellation policy depending on the length of stay and will be confirmed at the time of booking.
