Rates are quoted including VAT which is 15% for the first 1-28 days, thereafter reduces to 3.5%.  All rates are subject to change without prior notice.  Rates are from 1st January to 31st December 2009.  Apartments are subject to availability.

Apartment terms and conditions

Payment

Full rent, plus any additional charges, must be paid prior to arrival.
A deposit is also to be paid prior to arrival. This is refundable after departure subject to any deductions for losses or damages to the property. A £500 deposit is required for a booking for one week. For longer bookings the deposit equates to one weeks rent. A Temporary Accommodation Licence Agreement is signed by both Land lord and client.

Method of Payment

Payments may be made by cheque, credit card (American Express, Diners, Visa, Mastercard); electronic bank transfer.

Cancellation

A booking can only be cancelled prior to the start of the rental period.
A guest who wishes to cancel must notify Cheval Apartments in writing.
If the written notice is received less than 8 weeks from the commencement of the licence period the cancellation charge will be 100% of the total payment due under the agreement up to a maximum of 4 weeks.
If the written notice is received between 7-8 weeks from the commencement of the licence period the cancellation charge shall1 be 75% of the total payment due under the agreement up to a maximum of 4 weeks.
