Booking procedure

AVNI Apartments can be booked in the same way as a hotel. You must provide a debit/credit card as a guarantee of the booking.

How you will pay for your apartment(s)

Payment for apartments is upon arrival at the reception and can be made using credit/debit card, or cash.

Credit Cards

The apartments accept all major credit cards. 

Security Deposit

As is the usual procedure, when you check in, an imprint of your credit card will be requested to cover any incidental expenses you might occur during your stay.

Confirmation of booking
All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit/debit card.  You will be asked on arrival for full payment of balance at the rate you booked at.

Cancellation policy 

Cancellation is free if made by telephone or email at least 48 hours prior to arrival.  Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance of arrival incur a 1 night cancellation fee at the prevailing rate.  Non-arrivals will also be charged a 1 night fee.
