Apartment terms & conditions

Booking Procedure
The Apartments can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel.  A credit/debit card is required to guarantee your apartment.


Credit Card Charges
Your card will NOT be charged at the time of booking but simply used to guarantee the reservation.


Payment
Full payment is required upon arrival at reception.  For payments by credit card there is a surcharge of 4-5%, whilst debit card or bank transfer is free.  Cards accepted are Mastecard, Switch/Maestro, Visa.


Security Deposit
When you check in, you will be asked to provide a security deposit in the form of an imprint of your credit card. This is simply a precaution to cover any incidental expenses during your stay. This authorisation will be for £50 and will be cancelled on departure.



Cancellation Policy
Cancellation is free if made at least 48 hours prior to arrival.  If cancellation is less than 48 hours, a charge of equivalent to two night's accommodation will be made.
