Booking process

To confirm your booking, a guest needs to offer a credit/debit card to guarantee.  This card will also be used as security against breakages or damages by the guest during his/her stay at the apartment.

Payment

Full payment for the rental is to be paid upon arrival at the apartments.  Credit cards accept are: Mastercard, Visa, Switch/Maestro

Security deposit

An imprint of your credit/debit card is taken upon arrival in lieu of a security deposit.

Cancellations

Unless otherwise agreed you may cancel this agreement at any time without penalty by giving notice at least 7 days before the booked arrival day.

If cancellation is less than 7 days, guests will be charged as follows: For stays of 1-6 days you will be charged for 1 nights' accommodation.
For stays of 7 or more days you will be charged for 7 nights' accommodation.
