Check-in/check-out time 10.45am - 5.45pm Please call the apartment from the "Willesden Green" tube station for your free pick up. Late Arrivals Pre arranged or if you are delayed and arrive after 5.45pm, we will email your address and details of how to check in. (£25 charge for late arrivals) If you know you will be arriving late please let us know. Meet at the property Phone the office on the day of your arrival for your property address. Sunday Fee Checking in on a Sunday will incur a £25 fee. Please note : Last check in is 4.45pm. Apartment terms and conditions Booking Procedure Payment Total monies will need to be paid in at check in. Visa/Mastercard/Maestro cards are accepted for payments £250 or over (5% fee), all money less than this amount must be paid in cash or bankers draft. Reservation Fee: All short term bookings are subject to a one off £5 per person reservation fee. Deposit/Bond All guests will be required to provide the following upon arrival: Credit card security bond, plus sign and agree to our terms and conditions Amendments Any changes to booking must be made 24 hours prior to arrival. These are subject to availability & incur a £25 charge. Sunday Fee Checking in on a Sunday will incur a £25 fee. Please note : Last check in is 4.45pm. Cancellation Cancellation is free if made at least 24 hours prior to arrival in writing. Cancellations made less than 24 hours or a no show, a charge equivalent to one night will be charged.
