Apartment terms and conditions

Booking process

A credit or debit card is used to guarantee the reservation.  Card is pre-authorized but not charged until arrival.

Payment

Full payment is required upon arrival.  Cards accepted are Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Switch/Maestro. 

Cancellation policy

Notice of cancellation must be received at least 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid facing a cancellation charge.

For cancellations received less than 72 hours prior to arrival the following charges will apply:
For stays of 1-6 nights, you will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 1 nights' accommodation costs.
For stays of 7 nights and over, you will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 2 nights' accommodation costs.

Part cancellations made after check-in will be charged the total cost of the stay as originally booked.

No refund is given if the stay is shortened once in house.
